A report card we publish about ourselves.
Most status pages are a claim. This one is signed, it expires, and when we cannot prove something it stops counting as green rather than assuming everything is fine. Never run, expired, and unverified all fail closed here — a missing answer is never a passing one.
Two separately signed cards: anonymous green
means wire + discovery (+ MCP) only;
governed green is the money-loop attestation
(required: true, quote → launch → status → teardown).
Outsiders verify published cards offline — they do not re-run the
canary. After activation, every accepted report is hash-linked.
