Self-conformance preview

Green will require a signature, a build, and an expiry.

This surface is designed for a GitHub-hosted runner to check the public wire contract hourly and an isolated governed scratch lifecycle every six hours, then append each verified report to a hash-linked history.

Production activation pending

No cached green state is assumed; the protected runner, signing authority, and retained failure/staleness drills must pass first.

Planned append-only history

After activation, failures will remain visible after recovery and your browser will check the visible chain for continuity.

Run it yourself

The verifier and runner are shipped, but production publishing is not active. After activation, the anonymous probe will need no account or secret; signed publisher mode also needs the dedicated runner key.
